• Statements on this website have not been evaluated by the FDA or FTC.

• All orders are subject to review and acceptance.

• You authorize Biologix Supply and its payment processors to charge the payment method you provide for the full order amount and applicable taxes/fees.
   
• Subscriptions (if enabled) bill at the stated interval until canceled (see Section 9).
   

• Processing occurs within standard handling times; shipping estimates shown at checkout are estimates only.
   
• Risk of loss transfers to you upon carrier pickup.
   
• We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, inspections, or other factors outside our control.
   

• Due to the sensitive nature of research materials, all sales are final except as expressly outlined in our Returns/Refunds/Cancellation Policy.
   

• You may cancel a subscription at any time before the next renewal date; cancellations apply to future charges only.
   
• To cancel, follow the instructions in your account portal or email sales@biologixsupply.com.
   
• No prorated refunds for partially used subscription periods.
   

• No resale where restricted by law.
   
• No use in food, drugs, cosmetics, or clinical settings.
   
• No shipment to restricted jurisdictions (as determined at our discretion).
   

• All site content (logos, product names, branding, images, text) is the intellectual property of Biologix Supply.
   
• No reproduction, distribution, or derivative use without written permission.
   

• Products are provided “as is” for research purposes, without warranties (express or implied), including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
   
• We make no warranties or guarantees regarding research results, performance outcomes, or suitability for specific applications.
   

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Biologix Supply shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.
   
• Aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the order at issue.
   

• You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Biologix Supply and its affiliates from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from your purchase, handling, storage, use, or misuse of products, or your violation of these Terms.
   

• Products may be subject to U.S. export control laws and regulations.
   
• We do not guarantee delivery to restricted countries or jurisdictions.
   

• We are not liable for delays or failures in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, supply chain disruptions, government actions, or pandemics.
   

• Your account and personal information are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
   

• If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
   

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
   
• Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Wyandotte County, Kansas, USA.
   

• We may update these Terms at any time. Updates take effect upon being posted to this page with a revised Effective Date.

We’re committed to providing high-quality research materials with clear, consistent service. Due to the nature of these products, we maintain strict return controls to protect product integrity.

• All sales are final. Orders cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded once processed.
   
• This safeguards chain-of-custody and product quality for research use.
   

• If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours of delivery at sales@biologixsupply.com.
   
• Include your Order Number, description of the issue, and clear photos of:
   
  • shipping box & label
     
  • inner packaging
     
  • affected product(s)
     
• Items must remain sealed and in original packaging.
   
• Resolution: Upon verification, we may issue a replacement for the affected item(s). Refunds are not provided.
   

• If a return is authorized, you are responsible for return shipping and must use a trackable method.
   
• Returned items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
   
• Replacements are issued after inspection and approval at our discretion.
   

• Returns sent without prior written approval will not be accepted or returned.
   

We cannot accept returns/exchanges for:

• Opened, used, or tampered products
   
• Incorrect item ordered by the customer
   
• Dissatisfaction with research outcomes
   
• Delays caused by carriers, weather, or inspections
   

• Cancel anytime before the next renewal to avoid future charges.
   
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period; no prorated refunds.
