Welcome to Biologix Wellness & Supply™. By accessing this website, creating an account, or purchasing any products, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. These are binding and non-negotiable.

1. Age Restriction

• You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase from Biologix Wellness & Supply™.
• By placing an order, you certify under penalty of perjury that you meet this requirement and are not purchasing for or on behalf of anyone under 21.

1. Research Use Only

• All products are sold strictly for in-vitro laboratory research, forensic analysis, or other non-human, non-veterinary, non-clinical purposes.
• Products are not for human or animal consumption, ingestion, injection, medical, diagnostic, therapeutic, or any personal use.
• Any use contrary to this is strictly prohibited and voids all protections herein.

1. Compliance & Purchaser Responsibility

• You assume full and sole responsibility for complying with all local, state, federal, international laws, regulations, import/export controls, and safe-handling protocols regarding these materials.
• We make no representations about legality in your jurisdiction.

1. No Medical Advice / Regulatory Notice

• Biologix Wellness & Supply™ provides no medical, health, or usage advice.
• No statements have been evaluated by the FDA, FTC, or any agency.
• Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, or mitigate any disease or condition.

1. Account, Orders & Acceptance

• All orders are subject to our sole review, acceptance, or rejection.
• We may refuse, cancel, or limit any order for any reason, including compliance concerns.
• We may require age/ID/address verification before processing.

1. Pricing, Payment & Billing

• Prices subject to change without notice.
• You authorize us and our processors to charge your provided method for the full amount, taxes, fees, and any applicable surcharges.
• All payments are final upon processing.

1. Shipping, Risk of Loss & Delivery

• Processing and shipping estimates are approximate only.
• Risk of loss passes to you upon carrier acceptance.
• We are not liable for carrier delays, loss, damage, customs holds, inspections, seizures, or any external factors.

1. Returns, Refunds, Cancellations & Chargebacks — Strict All Sales Final Policy

• ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO RETURNS, NO REFUNDS, NO EXCHANGES, NO CANCELLATIONS.
• Due to the sensitive, high-purity, research-grade nature of these materials, once an order is processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled, returned, refunded, or exchanged under any circumstances. This protects chain-of-custody, product integrity, and prevents contamination or misuse risks.
• No exceptions for buyer's remorse, change of mind, incorrect selection, research dissatisfaction, perceived inefficacy, or any other subjective reason.
• Initiating a chargeback, dispute, reversal, or unauthorized reclamation with your payment provider (credit card, PayPal, etc.) is considered a material breach of these Terms. We will vigorously contest all such actions with full documentation (order records, shipping proof, policy acknowledgments, etc.) and reserve the right to pursue legal remedies, including recovery of chargeback fees, administrative costs, and damages. Repeated or frivolous disputes may result in permanent account termination and reporting to relevant authorities/processors.

1. Subscriptions & Cancellations (if applicable)

• Subscriptions may be canceled before the next renewal via your account or email to sales@biologixsupply.com.
• Cancellation affects only future billings; no prorated refunds for any partial period.
• All prior charges remain final and non-refundable.

1. Prohibited Uses

• No resale, redistribution, or transfer where restricted by law.
• No use in food, drugs, cosmetics, veterinary, or clinical applications.
• No shipment to prohibited/restricted jurisdictions (at our sole discretion).

1. Intellectual Property

• All site content is our exclusive property. No unauthorized use.

1. Disclaimer of Warranties

• Products provided “AS IS” with no warranties whatsoever (express, implied, statutory), including merchantability, fitness for any purpose, accuracy, or research outcomes.

1. Limitation of Liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.

1. Indemnification

• You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us harmless from all claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs (including attorneys' fees) arising from your purchase, handling, use, misuse, or violation of these Terms.

1. Export Control / International Shipping

• Subject to U.S. export laws; we ship only where permitted and may refuse/cancel international orders.

1. Force Majeure

• No liability for delays/failures due to uncontrollable events.

1. Privacy & Data Handling

• Governed by our separate Privacy Policy.

1. Severability

• Invalid provisions do not affect the remainder.

1. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

• Governed exclusively by Kansas law.
• Exclusive venue: courts of Wyandotte County, Kansas, USA. You waive any objection to this jurisdiction.

1. Changes to Terms

• We may update these Terms at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance.

Returns / Refunds / Cancellation Policy Effective Date: January 2026

Due to the specialized, non-restockable nature of research materials, we enforce the strictest possible controls.

1. All Sales Final — No Exceptions

• ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No cancellations once processed, no returns, no refunds, no exchanges, no credits.
• This is non-negotiable to maintain product purity, chain-of-custody, and compliance integrity.

1. Limited Exception: Verified Damaged or Incorrect Items Only

• If an order arrives visibly damaged (e.g., broken vial/seal) or materially incorrect (wrong item entirely), notify us within 24 hours of delivery receipt at sales@biologixsupply.com.
• Provide: Order number, detailed description, high-resolution photos of (1) outer shipping box/label, (2) inner packaging, (3) affected product(s) in original sealed condition.
• Items must remain completely unopened, unused, sealed, and in original packaging for any consideration.
• Upon our sole discretion and verification, we may (but are not obligated to) issue a one-time replacement of the affected item(s) only. No monetary refunds, credits, or partial remedies under any circumstances.
• You bear all return shipping costs if required (trackable method only); unauthorized/unsolicited returns are refused and discarded.

1. Non-Returnable / Non-Remediable Situations

• Opened, used, tampered, reconstituted, or altered products.
• Customer error in selection or ordering.
• Dissatisfaction, no perceived results, or research outcomes.
• Carrier damage/delay/loss after pickup.
• Customs issues, seizures, or regulatory holds.
• Any chargeback attempt automatically voids any potential remedy and triggers breach proceedings.

1. Subscription Cancellations

• Cancel before next renewal only; no refunds for current/prior periods.

1. Chargeback Policy Reinforcement

• Any chargeback or dispute initiated without first exhausting our internal process (and in violation of our All Sales Final policy) will be contested aggressively. We maintain full records to prove transaction validity and policy agreement. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in collection actions, blacklisting, and legal pursuit for associated fees/damages.
