Return and Refund Policy

At BIOLOGIX Supply, we are committed to providing high-quality research materials for laboratory and investigative purposes.
Due to the sensitive nature of our products, and in compliance with industry best practices, all sales are final.

1. All Sales Final

  • Once an order has been placed and processed, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or returned.
     
  • This strict policy ensures the integrity and safety of our research materials at all times.
     

2. Exceptions for Damaged or Incorrect Orders

  • If you receive a product that is damaged during shipping or incorrectly fulfilled (i.e., you received the wrong item), you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
     
  • To qualify for a replacement:
     
    • You must submit clear photographic evidence of the issue.
       
    • The product must remain unused and sealed.
       
    • All original packaging must be intact.
       
  • Requests made after 48 hours of delivery will not be honored.
     

3. Return Process for Approved Cases

  • In the rare event a return is authorized:
     
    • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
       
    • The returned item must be sent back in its original, unopened condition.
       
    • Upon receipt and inspection, a replacement product may be issued at our discretion.
